WOODSTOCK MOZART FESTIVAL’S
Resident StringTrio
presents

THE FIRST TEN YEARS
of Mozart’s Life

We invite you to attend a program about The First Ten Years of Mozart’s Life with a descriptive narrative accompanied by projected visuals.

The program opens with the Allegretto from Mozart’s Piano Trio in G Major for piano, violin and cello K. 564 with the Festival’s artistic and general director Anita Whalen as pianist. In collaboration are concert master (violinist) Kevin Case, and principal cellist Nazar Dzhuryn who also will be featured in Mozart’s Divertimento in E-flat Major, K. 563 with violist Paul Vanderwerf.

A narrative with projected visuals will highlight episodes and experiences from The First Ten Years of young Mozart’s life between the movements of the musical works.  Authentic paintings and lithographs will enhance the audience’s understanding and appreciation of the young genius and his music.
