WOODSTOCK MOZART FESTIVAL’S ANNUAL CHEFS’ SHOWCASE BRUNCH
It’s time to SAVE THE DATE for the upcoming Annual Chefs’ Showcase Brunch
Benefit sponsored by the Woodstock Mozart Festival. This year’s culinary extravaganza will take place at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park of the Dole Mansion,
401 Country Club Road in Crystal Lake on Sunday, April 27, from 11:00 -2:00. The Italianate Mansion was constructed in the 1870’s by an early member of the Chicago Board of Trade, who also began the business of harvesting ice from Crystal Lake.
You will not want to miss this rare opportunity to recreate the Grand Epoch of the Mansion when the Doles entertained the Astors, Pullmans and Vanderbilts to similar sumptuous fare. The restaurants which will make this possible are:
1776, Amrosia Euro American Patisserie, Bimbo’s Restaurante, Bistro Wasabi, Bonefish Grill, Court House Grill, Cucina Bella, La Petite Crêperie, Le Petite Marché, Martinis on Main, Montarra Restaurante, Starbucks Coffee, The Barn of Barrington, Evans Inn, and the Walleye Grill.
Between courses, you can browse a silent Auction of treasures as you meander through the mansion’s charming Victorian rooms. Raffle tickets will also be available for a round trip for two to Vienna courtesy of the Woodstock Mozart Festival via Austrian Airlines; and for an InnCircle weekend getaway package at the Beautiful Geneva Inn in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
Brunch tickets are $40 for adults and $15 for children, 12 and under. Reservation orders should be sent to Louise LeCoque, 512 Cumberland Ln., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Checks should be payable to the Woodstock Mozart Festival. Please include the first and last names of all those in your party, as name tags will serve as your tickets. These will be held at the door for your arrival.
Tickets may also be purchased at the door, but since space is limited, reservations are recommended. For further information about the Brunch, call Beth Wester at (847)497-3269.
